Ryan Green:  Managing Director    

Living in Leeds, Ryan qualified as an accountant in 1998, working for organizations including Kalon Group PLC, Green Flag Ltd and Kunick PLC, before joining Heywood Williams Group PLC in 2000. Ryan then undertook a series of operational roles with in the group, latterly the Group Finance Director of Cestrum Group.

Jason McCabe - Commercial Director  

Jason McCabe has worked solely within the glass industry since leaving university in 1995 and has significant technical experience in the manufacture of tempered glass and sealed units. Following a six year period with Darby Glass spanning five manufacturing sites, Jason joined Clayton Glass in early 2001 primarily in an operational role from where he was appointed as Commercial Director in 2003 to head up the Sales and Customer Service activities of the business.

Richard Teasdale - Financial Controller / Systems Administrator  

With 15 years accountancy experience in manufacturing, retail, processing and the profession under his belt Richard felt the need to focus his skills in IT, and after 5 years as a consultant with a financial software provider he moved to Clayton in 2000 as Systems Manager.

Since then, Richard has reassumed the role of Financial Controller as well as Systems and Administrative Manager.
