Production

Production Management are responsible for the manufacture on time and to the correct quality standard. They are available to deal with any issues regarding the product or its quality, and for technical support.

Graeme Moore - Planning & Production Manager

Graeme spent 18 years at Jeld-Wen UK in a variety of roles from glass shop manager to purchasing manager and latterly production manager. He had responsibility for whole site making 3000 PVC windows and doors employing 270 people. Graeme joined Clayton Glass In January 2003. In total, he has 21 years experience in the double glazing business.

Responsible for the day to day running of all production and operational production he ensures processes are kept up to date with delivery schedules and ensures all quality standards are met. Graeme leads a team of (team leaders and the planning team) and also the health and safety and welfare of all shop floor operatives.

Ken Armstrong - Quality Manager

Ken has 26 years experience in the glazing industry, having run quality systems within PVC window and double glazed unit manufacture. He has the overall responsibility for the quality systems within the organization and also assumes responsibility for the overall health and safety of the workforce.

Mick Thompson - Maintenance Manager  

Mick

Mick joined Clayton Glass in June 2003 as Maintenance Manager with over 30 years experience in Production and Engineering. Mick is responsible for looking after and maintaining all the Production machinery and equipment. By doing this, he look to ensure the safety of all employees within the factory. Mick leads a team of two plant engineers and he is also the Chief Fire Marshall at Clayton.
