Clayton Glass have recently launched groundbreaking initiatives which we have been working on for some time. All are aimed at continuously improving the levels of on time in full, product quality and customer service that we are able to offer. These initiatives are unique to Clayton Glass as we continue to strive to offer the very best in sealed unit supply. We are not aware of any other unit manufacturer who is able  to compete with these inbuilt systems of ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction,  and we will continue to develop methods of working that will further raise the bar for our competitors.

It is testament to these levels of quality, service and reliability that we as a business have increased sales volumes by over 15% from 2004, in a market that has generally been regarded as being 10%-15% down. As more and more window manufacturers move over to Clayton Glass, it is our number one priority that the high standards on which this growth was achieved are fully maintained.

It is assuring to note that within this further period of expansion, rather than falling, our overall performance has continued to improve. In a satisfaction survey carried out in 2005, 100% of existing customers told us that product quality, on time in full and customer service levels had increased since 2004, whilst 94% of new accounts ranked the same categories as excellent or good in their first year of trading with us. These positive views represent around 80 customers around half a million deliveries units each year. 100% of our customers said they would recommend us to others!
