It is assuring to note that within this further period of expansion, rather than falling, our overall performance has continued to improve. In a satisfaction survey carried out in 2005, 100% of existing customers told us that product quality, on time in full and customer service levels had increased since 2004, whilst 94% of new accounts ranked the same categories as excellent or good in their first year of trading with us. These positive views represent around 80 customers around half a million deliveries units each year. 100% of our customers said they would recommend us to others!
