	Despatch and Logistics are responsible for the timely despatch of goods to the customer, and the day to day contact for any delivery or logistical queries.


	Terry Allison - Despatch Manager


	Terry has over 13 years experience in double glazing and PVC manufacturing. He joined Clayton Glass in 1993 as a Warehouse Operative and in 1995, assumed the role of Transport Supervisor. In 2001, he became Shift Manager until 2003 where he assumed his present role as Despatch and Warehouse Manager. Terry now has responsibility for 8 drivers and 13 Warehouse staff.


	He is responsible for ensuring their health and safety including training in the correct handling of glass. He ensures that products are plotted correctly to the customers requirements and that products are delivered on time and in full. Terry must also ensure that delivery dates are met and that routes are effective.


	Kenny Sanders - Despatch Office

Before joining Clayton Glass in 1992, Kenny worked for the Ministry and in construction before deciding to venture onto a new career path. Employed as a HGV driver, Kenny has gained 14 years experience and now assumes the role of Transport Supervisor. As Transport Supervisor, he is responsible for servicing vehicles, determining routes, developing delivery schedules. liaising with customers and ensuring the welfare of all his drivers.
