Customer Service is responsible for order processing and maintaining levels of customer service and communication. The Customer Service Manager will liaise with customers in the event of any query. Customer Service is the general point of contact for day to day enquiries.
Joanne Honour - Customer Service Manager
Joanne has worked for various Plastic Injection Moulding Companies as Sales and Customer Service Manager, gaining over 13 years experience. After joining Clayton Glass in 2003, Joanne introduced a Customer Service team which has since grown and become very successful in improving our service to customers.
One of her responsibilities is to promote and develop this highly professional customer focused team and office environment. As Customer Service Manager, Joanne has to ensure all orders are processed and entered onto the system. She must also ensure timely and accurate invoicing of delivered orders and supervise the department.

Joanne and her team review and challenge procedures and initiatives to enhance our service to customers. The team deal with all queries and information to and from our customers. They will also liaise with the Production and Despatch Managers to ensure customers will receive their products on time and in full.
